This is Ruthie's vulva two days ago.
This is her vulva this afternoon. Notice that it looks a bit pinker and swollen? I put her in a lambing jug just in case. If she doesn't lamb tonight/tomorrow then more pictures will follow..mostly for me so next year I can look back and use them as visual clues, but also for other shepherds to look at, maybe it can help someone who is new to sheep. You never know..maybe there are other vulva peekers out there :P
Edited to say: I forgot to mention the "Other" reason I stalled her...her udder is large and hard. She's too woolly to get good pictures of it though.
