The Major turned 40 on Sunday. We had a party for him on Saturday and invited our family and friends. All and all it was a good day and I think we ushered the Major into "old age" with a lot of laughter and love.
Again with the garden...Really I just can't help it...I was so worried we wouldn't get a good harvest that now that the garden is overflowing with veggie goodness, I just want EVERYONE to see!! It excites me. Really, it doesn't take much :P lol
There is a compost pile under there.....somewhere.....it really looks like a huge squash hedge, doesnt it?
Oh and the bees are CRAZY out there today...pollinating everything!
I can't remember the name of these...but I love the colors and the shape.
The pole beans have completely covered the saplings we put up for support. I can't wait to see how many we get this year!

Wow...everything is growing like crazy. You must have some wonderful gardening conditions unlike our rain, rain and more rain!
Happy belated birthday to your hubby!! Your garden is wonderful! That flower looks very familiar, but I can't think of the name either. I should go look it up before I can't sleep tonight thinking about it. ;D
