Graduation Party

Yesterday was the day we chose to hold Aysha's graduation party. It was either this weekend, or a weekend at the end of August...This summer is crazy busy! We had it at my Mom's house and my relatives all showed...well most of them, it was my Cousin Karen's son's birthday so they were at my Aunt and Uncles celebrating, and a couple of other cousins had plans...but there were still quite a few people there. A lot of little kids. The Cormier side of the family is pretty fertile apparently :-P
My Mom cooked for an army so we will have left overs for weeks. But the food was oh so good! Potato salad, Macaroni salad, shish ka bobs, hamburgers, hot dogs, fruit salad..the list just goes on and on. My kids are eating deviled eggs out of the fridge for breakfast :-P lol

After all the eating Aysha opened her cards from relatives and her gift from her Grandmother and Us...a Dell laptop.
Then came the cake. Mmm..yummy.



It was a really good day, started off rainy but by the time everyone got there it was warming up and drying up. At the end (around 6) the thunder storms came rolling in perfect timing! I'm so proud of my little girl...(I can still call her that..she doesn't turn 18 until next month! :-P)
